The 11" x 8.5" book is a hard cover, linen cloth bound, 328 page publication. It includes 280 new color photographs, 35 black and white historical photos, as well as drawings of the plan of many of the missions.

This work includes 13 sector maps of the peninsula and important sites. The bibliography lists many of the most important writings on the peninsular missions.

Every Baja California mission and mission site has been located by GPS technology, photographed, explored, and many mapped, to give the reader or researcher the most complete presentation available for these wonderful remnants of early California.


The front end paper maps the location of and the founding Order of all Baja California missions. Also, available as a separate 12"x 18" color map suitable for framing.
